Delete Your Garage Check Account

Garage Check is operated by Erbacci LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your Garage Check account and the data associated with it.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest):

Open Garage Check and sign in.
Open the Account tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are deleted right away and you are signed out.

By email: if you can't access the app, email info@erbacciltd.com from the email address on your Ring account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account record — Ring account id, email, subscription state, and your Ring access/refresh tokens (encrypted at rest). Our stored Ring access tokens are destroyed, so we can no longer access your Ring account; to remove Garage Check from your Ring account's linked apps, also remove it in the Ring app.
Your garages and their settings (camera selection, check time, preferences).
Your check history and the snapshot stored for each check.
Your saved preferences (all-clear notifications, snooze, disclaimer acceptance).
Your push-notification device tokens.

What is kept, and for how long

Diagnostic logs (no media, no identity data) are retained up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.

Deletion also cascades without deleting your whole account: removing a garage (or the camera watching it) deletes that garage's check history and snapshot images. Unlinking the Ring integration deletes our stored Ring tokens and Ring account binding, all garages, and all check history and snapshot images, but retains a minimal account record (email, subscription state, disclaimer acceptance) so a future re-link works, and retains push-device registrations until the account itself is deleted — full erasure requires in-app account deletion or an email request to info@erbacciltd.com. Check history is in any case removed automatically after 90 days on the premium tier (30 days on the free tier); snapshot image files are removed by an automatic 90-day storage lifecycle at the latest.
